Macca Pasta Bar is the first 'Pasta Bar' concept in San José del Cabo, offering guests a choose-your-own approach to pasta and pizza with 35 ingredients to select from. Chef Jorge Errechin leads a casual Italian kitchen on the Paseo Malecón in the Zona Hotelera, just steps from the Hyatt Ziva. Beyond the build-your-own format, the menu includes lasagna, salads, paninos, soups, and a keto pasta option (julienned squash as pasta). The terrace offers outdoor dining and there's also AC indoor seating. Delivery via Uber Eats. Live music performances on select nights. The kitchen closes at 5pm for the lunch service break before dinner at 5:30/6pm.
